Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Papers must be in IEEE double-column format
  • Length: 4-6 pages (including references)
  • Language: English
  • Accepted formats: PDF or Word document
  • Maximum file size: 10MB
  • All submissions will undergo peer review

  • Ensure your paper follows IEEE double-column format
  • All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission
  • Review results will be communicated via email
  • At least one author must register and present if the paper is accepted
